1993 - Foundation of Krezol company. Today, our company is one of the leading suppliers of chemicals, laboratory glassware and equipment at the Russian market and abroad.

2006 - The formation of a separate division for the provision of oilfield services and production of reagents for the oil recovery improvement, water isolation and well killing. This division today is successfully operating in the oilfields of such companies as Orenburgneft, Verkhnechonskneftegaz, LUKOIL, Bashneft.

2013 - Implementation of complete chemicalization of the oilfields, aimed for production, selection and delivery of the whole spectrum of chemicals for the production, treatment and transportation of oil and gas, as well as maintenance of the dosing equipment and  integrated monitoring.
